Responsible for ensuring the quality system requirements are established, implemented, and maintained.
Manage the activities of the Quality Project Improvement department with responsibility for results in terms of improved quality systems that impact the business, increase efficiency, resolve operational issues, generate cost savings and improve quality.
Ability to establish departmental vision and goals, and provide training, development and support to achieve those goals.
Ensure alignment of Quality goals, projects, focus and prioritization with Facility Key Objectives and Corporate Quality Goals.
Partner with customer departments to coordinate projects, successfully transfer projects and ensure Quality compliance maintained throughout the routine established procedures.
Manage routine meetings with Quality Management staff for project status updates, identification of barriers and communication.
Understands and assure conformance to regulations for implemented Quality Projects.
Develops and manages budget for Quality Project Department.
Develops, coaching, training and manages Quality Project employees; by supervising career plans, personnel development, and mentoring.
Be able to identify needs and build programs.
Be able to define and execute quality processes in a manufacturing environment.
University degree.
Work experience in similar field in a multinational company minimum 3 years.
Fluent in English.
German/French knowledge - advantage.
Experience in quality supervision, quality engineering, manufacturing, corporate administration, or engineering.
Must have practical experience in quality system implementation and auditing, expert knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001.
Ability to lead others to a win-win conclusion
Must be comfortable with hands-on work in a plant.
Solid project management and leadership skills.
