Tasks and responsibilities:
• Responsible for quality in production and client management, including complaint management between Preh Romania and customers; acquainted with quality tools such as 8 D reports, FMEA, etc.
• Responsible for the quality of the components in pre-production, e.g. for the components produced in plastic injection, lacquer and SMT workshops, etc.
• Responsible for supplier quality / SQA, including supervision of suppliers of parts, complaint management between Preh Romania and suppliers, etc.
• Responsible for the quality management system in the Romanian location
• Monitor the abiding by the quality management system implemented in Preh Germany and applied as standard in all Preh plants
• Quality analysis – responsible for the defects analysis in the plant, product audits, etc.
Requirements:
• Graduate of electro-technical faculty;
• Several years professional experience in quality assurance / management;
• EOQ system manager / quality audit training;
• Quality management and quality audit experience in the automotive industry;
• Good knowledge of processes in a production environment, as well as of relevant technologies;
• Good knowledge of statistical methods;
• Knowledge in electronics and mechanics;
• Good PC knowledge and English language skills; German is desirable.
