Production Manager -Brasov

RESPONSABILITATI

Analyze, plan, direct, and coordinate the production activities.
Planning the plant’s resources to meet the production goals
Oversee the production process, reducing costs wherever possible and making sure products are produced on time and are of good quality
Monitor the production run to make sure that it stays on schedule and correct
Make sure that production proceeds smoothly and stays within budget
Assure technical transfer of the production projects
Partially to come up with ways to make the production process more efficient
Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs
Emphasize continuous quality improvement programs ISO 9000, TQM
Implement training programs
Work closely with the other managers to implement the company’s policies and goals
Work with the financial departments in order to respect the budget and plan
Work most closely with the heads of sales, procurement, and logistics
Must follow health and safety practices, clothing and equipment
Meeting with subordinates or other department managers, analyzing production data, and writing and reviewing reports
Deal with emergencies, resolve problems
Scheduling, planning and coordination production tasks with others departments
Work closely with the “continuous improvement” engineer to implement the production improvement system; TPM, 5S, etc.
