The job is to support the new IRO organization of his center from maintenance and process points of view. The activities will include full knowledge in the working areas of process and maintenance
Responsabilities:
He will be responsible for process engineers and maintenance engineers and technicians working in the groups of the autonomous manufacturing center. He will have to organize their work and priorize their actions, and make sure that his team follows Autoliv Standards.
Process Engineering tasks:
- supervise and support new inflator line validation in Inflators Romania for the lines assigned to his responsibility
- analyze together with his team process capability and efficiency
- achieve the performance objectives set for process engineering in the AMC
Maintenance tasks:
- achieve the performance objectives set for maintenance in the AMC (rate of breakdown, indicators: Minimum Time between failure, Minimum Time to Repair)
- will implement & supervise the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance activities, currative maintenance activities, maintenance utilities, reparation equipment.He will be in charge of continuous improvement of the process from engineering and maintenance points of view
- 3 -7 years experience in maintenance & process engineering for production sector (we prefer candidates with background in automotive sector)
- technical knowledge regarding: welding, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical (leak check, gas filling, spinning riveting bowl feeder machines)
- technical skills regarding Siemens PLC programming
- experience in participation on process Engineering projects
- knowledge about automatic stations
- engineering Degree (Master level is an advantage)
- fluent English compulsory, French could be a plus
- good communication skills, teamwork oriented
- open-minded, flexible, able to meet deadlines
- analythical skills
- experience in management and leadership of a team
- experience in working in an international environment (ex: dealing with expatriate management, experts, communication with peers and specialists within a multinational group)
