Mechanical Engineers will contribute to complex projects worked for one of the world's leading providers of lithography systems for the semiconductor industry, manufacturing complex machines that are critical to the production of integrated circuits or microchips

JUNIIOR PRECISION MECHANICS ENGINEER
RESPONSABILITIES
Precision Mechanics is responsible for the engineering of mechanical modules for the positioning systems like wafer stages. The main focus is on nanometer-accuracy positioning of high speed components.
Responsible for the development and application of mechanical designs to meet system specifications and operational requirements.
The Designer will work in a team within a mechatronic project.
REQUIREMENTS
-Mechanical Engineering, preferable with specialization in Precision engineering, Mechatronics, Structural and dynamical analysis, control engineering or dynamics.
-High abilities to make stiffness and strength calculations.
-Experience with design of high tech materials like ceramics, high strength steel, titanium, carbon
-Experience with 3D CAD modeling tools is required, preferably NX 7.5.
-Experience with FEM and analytic tools, like NX structure, ANSYS, Matlab, Mathcad
LEAD ENGINEER IN PRECISION MECHANICS
RESPONSABILITIES
Responsible for precision engineering of critical modules and sub-modules. As a lead Engineer within Precision Mechanics you are responsible for technology and conceptual development and application of design principles of precision engineering to meet system specifications, and operational requirements.
Creation and validation of new concepts.
Prepare planning for modules and sub-modules.
Optimization of the design, with a team of designers.
Supplier contact for design and drawing reviews on manufacturability.
Definition and execution of final tests to verify the specifications.
Cooperation with module integration into the complex systems.
REQUIREMENTS
Mechanical University with specialization in Precision-, Micro-, Nano- engineering; Accurate positioning and adjustments; Tribology; Mechanics of materials or Mechatronics
Experience as a designer within Precision Mechanics.
Preferably also experience in one or more of the following competences:
Unigraphics (NX)
Team Centre Engineering
Tribology, coatings, air bearings
Joining technologies: fasteners, adhesives, welding, etc…
Fatigue of elastic elements
Design in vacuum
Advanced materials (ceramics, glass, composites
Senior Designer / Architect Mechanics
RESPONSABILITIES
To drive the development of products by specification, design, technical budget analysis, critical component selection, integration & test planning and test execution of sensors / position measurement systems.
Work in multidisciplinary project teams, aimed at design of mechatronic module (sensor), as principal designer or subsystem architect.
Specification of subsystem and/or its components.
Responsible for mechanical architecture of the design
Has specialist knowledge in one of the fields high precision mechanical design, dynamics or position measurement and basic knowledge in the remainder of these areas.
Integration and test planning for the module.
Documentation of specifications, design, and test analysis results.
REQUIREMENTS
Theoretical knowledge & practical experience with position measurement systems, sensor design, mechanical design, dynamics.
Experience in multidisciplinary project work involving mechatronics, electronics and software.
