Manage and coordinate a shirt manufactering plant.
Supervise and propose solutions to improve the activity in administration, accounting, legal, human resources departaments.
Hire, evaluate, train, promote and discipline employees.
Supervise the client's commands, all in accordance with the agreement demands.
Participate and/or plan meetings pertaining to quality, safety, and scheduling.
Create and implement viable strategies to increase productivity and quality of products.
Manage and control financial and budgeting activities
Reponsible for improving and developing business reletionship with parteners.
Interaction with the local authotities.
Economical/Financial/Management University degree.
Previous experience on a similar position minimum 5 years in a multinational company.
Fluent in English.
German/French knowledge - advantage.
Previous responsabilities in budgeting and turnover achievement.
Strong leadership skills are required, with a proven ability to contribute towards market expansion. (i.e. sales, marketing, supervision, management, and operations experience).
Very good decisional capacity and team motivating.
Good communication skills, dynamic, result oriented with a strong willingness to succeed in a high competitive enviroment.
Good PC MS Office knowledge.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
