- Telephone service at the support hotline
- Creation of trouble tickets (incidents, problems, changes, etc.) in a detailed and comprehensive manner in our professional service desk system
- Classification and assigning to the according service group
- First level solution using modern remote support tools
- Call prioritisation and escalation
- User support in the back office (2nd level)
- Fluent in speaking/writing German (compulsory), English would be advantegeous
- Good communication skills and pronunciation; especially on the phone
- Interested in Information Technology and basic knowledge of PCs and Microsoft software (operating system Windows XP, Internet Explorer, Outlook and office applications)
- Basic network and internet knowledge
- Able to work under stress
- Able to act indenpendently
- Microsoft certification and at least 1 year professional experience in a similar environment would be advantegeous
