Reporting to the Section Manager, following an intensive development program, your target position will be Team Leader with Manufacturing Section, fully managing line operators. Gradually, based on your performance and talent, we will offer you opportunities to grow in career.
The main responsibilities will focus on:
- Learning all existing processes, technologies, procedures and rules within the Plant.
- Understand all Plant position roles, including accountabilities, operating environment dimensions and inter-department relations;
- Granting permanent support to horizontal activities (process engineering, daily planning, technical supervisor, etc) when required;
- Assisting the Team Leaders during the manufacturing processes.
- Fresh university graduate or student in the last year of study from Food Technology/ Equipment University;
- Learning on the fly, perseverance and drive for results;
- Ability to work with others;
- Can do attitude and able to stand behind own ideas;
- Problem solving skills and cool under pressure;
- Open and positive mind;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- PC skills (MS office);
- Fluent in English;
- Able to relocate to Brasov.
