RESPONSABILITATI

Junior 2nd Level Support Engineer to work in a professional environment on challenging Telecom-related projects.

What will your responsibilities look like?

Day-to-day support for iQuest customers
Resolve or escalate problems and service requests according to established procedures and SLAs
Work proactively to ensure prompt resolution of support cases
Be on-call after business hours and assist in out-of-hours maintenance tasks

What abilities will you need?

Basic knowledge of Windows / Linux operating systems
Basic knowledge of System Engineering and Networking
Basic knowledge of IIS / SQL server
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Environment and Tools
Basic understanding of n-Tier application architecture concepts
Knowledge of troubleshooting tools and techniques related to networks and systems
Do you also have these qualities?

Good communication skills
Detail-oriented
Team player
Strong wish to learn and grow professionally
Fluent in English
What experience do you need?

6 months – 1 year of working experience as support engineer is a significant advantage
