Plans, organizes, controls and evaluates the IT team.
Extracts the QCDSM reports and analyzes the points where improvement is needed and works with the 2nd Level in order to find solutions
Software development ( ERP, client mail, server administrator) teams
Administrates budgets
Will coordinate a team of 15 persons for the beginning
