On behalf of our client, German automotive components producer, we are looking for an Injection Molding Manager to join the production plant in Brasov.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing the activity so the numerical target for planned parts is met for each project and overall.
- Being responsible for the results following internal and external audits.
- Being responsible for the team’s performance and direct allocation of tasks.
- Setting up and communicating the individual goals and as well as the ones related to products under his/her supervision.
- Establishing and applying measures related to his/hers subordinate’s engagement.
- Being responsible for all activities related to the production and in time delivery of parts in his/her area.
- Is responsible for the material and information flux in the production sector, optimizing stock levels for unfinished and finished goods.
- Creating periodical reports concerning his/her area of responsibility.
- Monitoring the quality standards in the department he/she supervises.
- Being involved in continuous improvement processes by supervising the ongoing projects.
- University Degree preferably in a technical field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in injection molding in the automotive field
- Minimum 3 years experience in coordinating a team.
- Good English skills in writing, reading and speaking.
- German knowledge is considered an advantage.
- Technical design knowledge.
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package.
- SAP knowledge.
- Driving license B category.
