RESPONSABILITATI

Managing relationship with Franchise Partner and Agent; negotiation of monthly sales objectives; organizing promotional actions
(COFI program), sales monitoring, promo and image activities (merchandising) at authorized POP level (Point of Sales)
Consultant to Franchise Partner for running Franchise business
Consultant to Partner for meeting sales target and developing and optimization of POP network

Assist Franchises opening roll out: take part in the recruitment process and validate the selected employees, confirmation of probation period for the new employees, train and coach, offer support in the effective sales.
Gives feedback to franchise headquarter related to sales persons' training and tests results and when needed, follow up actions may be implemented for knowledge / tools improvement
Propose, agree and implement with Partner's representative/ Franchises Area Sales Managers monthly action plans for current offer (product and services) in order to achieve/overcome sales targets
Ensure sales optimization through monthly meetings with Partner's representative/ Franchises Area Sales
Managers in order to give and receive feedback and organize follows up actions based on this feedback.
Coach, offer support and validate data concerning the P&L and Budget application
Regular visits at authorized POP (Point of Sales) belonging to Strategic Partner and Agent.
Periodically visit each Franchise from the designated portfolio and complete POS visit report for each action
Monitor sales results of Franchises and Agent
Verify merchandising elements based on Merchandising guide
Monitor competition actions on the local market
Monitor franchises' stocks
Offer the correct solutions on related issues based on good acknowledgement of the franchises contract and procedures
Sales reports, market reports activity reports
