• Prepare the monthly payroll, statements and filing with the authorities;
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all the input data for the payroll process;
• Administrate the personnel files and the Employees Register, according to the company policy and the Romanian legislation;
• Update regularly the payroll database, generate reports and statistics related to human resources topics;
• Offer support to employees with regards to salaries calculation and payments;
• Select and manage ongoing relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service;
• Supervise the implementation of the training plan;
• Manage the annual performance appraisal process and performance evaluation;
• Participate in the budgeting and salaries estimations;
• Participate in the recruiting activities;
• Support other professional processes within the HR department.
• University degree preferably Accounting and/or Finance;
• Very good knowledge of Romanian Legislation (labor law, as well as pension, social insurance and fiscal provisions);
• Personnel Inspector Certificate;
• At least 2- 3 years, experience in payroll and HR Administration;
• Numerical and budgeting skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Tact and the ability to deal with difficult situations;
• English language upper level, German is an advantage;
• Very good computer skills (Excel, Word);
• Knowledge about SAP HR modules - is an advantage;
