- Developing and implementing appropriate HR strategies for the business needs - Evaluate workforce needs in order to recommend changes and adapt current HR programmes to meet these needs;
- Taking part in recruitment and selection processes;
- Organising, coordinating and supervising the personnel administration and payroll activities;
- Managing the training and development strategies, implementing personnel evaluation and development plans;
- Handling disciplinary issues, taking part in negotiating the Collective Labour Agreement and the Internal Work Regulation;
- Coordinating the development and implementation of the company's Human Resources related budget;
- Handling the relationship with local administrative institutions, suppliers and personnel representatives;
- Coordinating the activity of the Labour Health & Security Committee;
- Being responsible with the implementation of Environment Management System standards.
- 5 years of experience in a similar position within a multinational production company;
- Proven expertise in recruitment, payroll and personnel administration;
- Proficient knowledge of Romanian labour laws, social insurance laws, taxation system, union system;
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering;
- Training in Leadership, Quality and Environment systems;
- Able to communicate at a professional level;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Very good command of English.
