Directs and/or manages the organization's budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis and reporting functions.
Reviews and approves recommendations for financial planning and control, and presents relevant information to executive management.
Develops, modifies and implements financial systems, financial operational specifications and controls, and policies and procedures.
Manage, supervise, appraise and motivate employees.
Monitor & report on company's performance against business plan.
Participate on negotiations regarding budgets and financial planning.
Develop the financial system to meet the needs of the organisation.
Report monthly management acconut and annual fiancial statement for audit.
Coordinate the monthly forecast process and consolidate, analyze, and report the final results.
Prepare balance sheet analysis schedules and analyze significant variances.
Communicate with the appropriate audit, tax and accounting authorities.
Advise top management on financial resources and of operation costs.
Reponsible for improving cost control, property management, credit and collection, tax reduction.
Prepare supporting schedules as required for quarterly and year-end reporting requirements.
Performs other duties as directed.
University degree in finance.
Work experience in similar field in a multinational company minimum 3 years.
Fluent in English.
German/French knowledge - advantage.
Strong direct managerial skills for a financial department.
Strong analyst, stategic thinking.
Ability to make quality decision.
Strong computer skills.
