Works with project teams to define project frameworks, project objectives, resource requirements, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and potential constraints. Assembles project team, identifies needed resources, assigns responsibilities anddevelops timeframes to facilitate successful completion of project activities anddeliverables.
Ensures deadlines are met and projects do not go out of scope.
Maintains up to date project schedules with times frames, dates and persons responsible for tasks.
Prepares and presents relevant project status reports, including project budgets.
Develops and maintains relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, and facilitates the communication of project details on a regular basis using a variety of communication strategies.
University degree in a relevant discipline (technical degree).
Fluent English is a must.
German knowledge represents an asset.
Minimum five years of professional work experience, with at least two years of project management experience.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in project management.
Proven ability to drive projects to completion, via non direct reports.
Excellent problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and prioritize to ensure project success.
Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects with complex timelines.
Ability to work within an environment subject to continuously changing priorities.
