Drafting payment orders in RON and other currencies, data entry in the information system of current account management (internet banking)
Preparation of accompanying documents for foreign transactions, management of imported goods from Italy.
Drawing up of contracts, attachments and additional agreements with transport companies.
Collaboration with the warehouses for document management of logistics operations for the goods.
Accounting work of data registration in the management system
Support for products certification, coordination of cooperation processes between the central Italian office and certification organs for the preparation of the necessary documentation for certification and delivery of samples for certification.
Translations: Italian-Romanian and Romanian-Italian
Manager's assistant as interpreter during negotiations
Use of internet banking, contacts with bank staff in order to ensure the ordinary management of bank account
Quarterly audits with suppliers, check of accounting situation with foreign suppliers
Suppliers database management, contracts renewal.
Data collection for VAT declaration
Preparation and timely delivery of monthly statistical reports
Execution of all tasks coming from the headquarters in Italy.
Partial duties as office manager for what concerns the exchange of necessary documents with the office in Italy, warehouses, transport companies (in case of absence of the secretary and/or the office manager)
Receiving/transferring calls, faxes, contact management with couriers,
documents legalization
Journeys to the Italian office for training/refresher courses at least every 12 months.
University degree, especially Economics or Business
Excellent knowledge of accounting and legislation
2-3 mandatory years of experience in accounting on a similar position
Experience in working with foreign markets
Italian language advanced
Strong organizational skills
Responsible person, able to take the initiative, logical thinking
Good communication skills
