• Maintain Chart of Accounts in accordance with company policies and related system setup in SAP system
• Review, audit, post and monitor all journal vouchers
• Submit monthly trial balance
• Fixed assets management
• Coordinate monthly accounts reconciliation of all accounts in time
• Reconcile the US GAAP and local GAAP quarterly
• Finalize monthly statutory report, conduct tax filing with the local government
• Coordinate internal/external audit
• Perform three ways match on all Material/Indirect Material payments.
• Prepare payment supporting for material purchases.
• Issue statements to suppliers on time
• Work with suppliers and purchasing department to resolve any payment related issues.
- You have a bachelor degree with major in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics and 2-3 years financial working experience in a multi-national company.
- You are familiar with manufacturing costing and with US and local accounting practices.
- Speak English fluently and you have proficiency with personal computer software.
- It will be an advantage if you have prior auditing experience or CPA certificate and you are familiar with SAP System or other ERP system.
