• University degree in computer sciences or higher education in computer sciences or certification in technology or process in related domain
• Experience as Systems analyst (3 years min.)
• .Net framework, ASP.Net framework, Visual Basic.Net, C#.NET (3 years min.)
• .NET framework, ASP.NET framework 2.0 or higher (2 years)
• DB Programming (4 years)
• SOAP, SOA, Web Services (2 years)
• XML, XHTML, HTML, CSS (2 years)
• UML (3 years)
• Ajax/Javascript (desirable)
• Visual Studio 2005/2008 (2 years)
• Oracle 9.x (4 years)
• SQL Server 2000 or higher (4 years)
• MS WSS/MOSS (desirable)
• MS Biz talk (desirable)
• Windows 2000 or higher
• + Previous experience working for the European Council
• + Knowledge about EU and its institutions
