Job profile:
- Responsible for the entire continuous improvement process in the plant;
- Active team member who works close together with engineering, quality, production team in order to identify and conduct CI programs;
- Constantly searches for internal and external opportunities in order to better apply CI projects and eliminate waste;
- Focuses on finding new strategies and means to develop and improve CI process through training, team work, case studies, development courses, Kaizen events etc.;
- Analyses and identifies improvement areas and ensures support in the selection and implementation of CI projects;
- Ensures support in all audits and visits concerning CI;
- Responsible for implementation of Best Practice projects in the plant;

Candidate profile:
- University graduate – technical domain preferably;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing, automotive field;
- Great communication skills, good training and mentoring abilities;
- Project management and analytical skills;
- Greenbelt certificate – ideal;
- MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point;
- English – written and spoken – proficient level
