• Provide reports on accounting issues upon the management request.
• Prepare financial reports (sales situation, forecast reports, and customer financial analysis)
• Offer full support to the financial department and other departments within the company.
• Create stats based on Excel reports.
• Assist in the development of personalized sales and marketing collateral.
• Organize and update the marketing library and to manage the associated communication that
goes with it.
• Congregate information both internally and using the Internet for various different projects.
Identify suppliers on a project-‐based need.
• Advance level of computer operating.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office -‐ Finance Reporting in Excel
• Excellent English Language Skills
• Analytical approach – Attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, must be friendly, self-‐motivated, independent,
trustworthy, committed to do a good job at all times and a very strong team player.
• Experience in financial accounting is a plus
• Desirable (but not absolutely necessary) Adobe Photoshop CS5
