This is a challenging position in the IT department of the AUTONET group. The IT Business Analyst will act like a bridge not only between business and IT but also between internal IT branches (over 25 people organized into divisions: software, IS business solutions, help-desk and infrastructure).
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
Actively participates in business processes analysis and collection of requirements and delivers solutions for their implementation in the existing IT software systems. Works with multiple IT teams and business departments to maintain and enhance the software applications. Liaises with other application areas to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues. Elaborate business requirements documents in a suitable format for the other IT functions. Assists key users in closing financials and operational activities during fiscal period closings, audits, and in other situations when needed.

Completed a four-year degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Economics or Engineering.
Excellent communication skills - written and oral Romanian and English.
Strong analysis and problem solving skills: understands the process, identifies and presents options as well as alternatives and consequences, recommends a solution and follow-up implementation.
Excellent process mapping skills – order-to-cash, demand-to-production, etc.
Excellent documentation skills.
At least 2 years exposure to business processes/areas in a large organization with geographically distributed business units.
At least 2 years exposure to Enterprise Resource Management systems (ERP – MRP, DRP, SCM, Financials) from a business/functional/technical analyst position.
Experience working with a complete range of functions, from end-users to top management.
Basic knowledge of IT architectures, environments, maintenance, patches deployment, upgrades and systems interactions.
Understands collaborative decision-making techniques.
Understands agile methodology.
