FIELD ACCOUNT MANAGER

RESPONSABILITATI

Asigura suport tehnic pentru cererile deja existente cat si pentru noile proiecte, pentru toate zonele de productie alocate
Monitorizeaza direct cererile deja existente orin vizite periodice pe teren
Interpreteaza rezultatele de laborator acceptate de Account/ Service Manager
Adapteaza dozajele si aplicarea produsului pentru a satisface obiectivele clientului
Activeaza/ dezactiveaza sistemele de alimentare pe baza unor indici de securitate si performanta
Intocmeste rapoarte tehnice pe baza activitatii de teren si de laborator
Depaneaza si corecteaza sistemele ce nu se regasesc in specificatiile clientului pentru a determina necesitatea de a aduce informatii suplimentare, in cazul in care problemele sunt considerate unice si particulare
Se intalneste cu clientii pentru inventare, sedinte sau verificari ale statusului programului
Determina nevoia de a comanda produse si de a plasa comanda respectiva
Colaboreaza cu Departamentul Tehnic si asista Account Manager- ul in a gasi solutii privind vanzari, rapoarte si recomandari
Trateaza proiecte speciale ce ii sunt alocate, sustine echipa din care face parte in a indeplini cerintele clientilor
