RESPONSABILITATI

Responsible for the achievement of the company's profit and brand/consumer objectives in his designated territory through the management and development of the on trade operators.


Establish close relationship with On Trade owners and personnel
Deeply understand the source of supply for each outlet
Deeply understand the volumes of Company & Competitors Brands sold in each outlet
Ensure that proper stock levels are maintained in the on-trade channel
Ensure that the Company Brands are properly distributed & merchandised in the on-trade channel
Deeply understand distribution system of Competitors
Ensure deep collaboration with Area Sales Managers - Off-trade and distributors' sales reps in order to maximise effectiveness of distribution
Continuously search ways in existing on-trade customers to increase profitable business for the company
Contact new outlets prior their opening in order to ensure best position for Company Brands
Contributes to the continuous research to lower cost to serve and to improve the overall customer service
Champion the Company Brands supporting their usage and their knowledge among on trade personnel
Maximise effort to adapt outlet offering (on-going & promotional) to its audience
Maximise effort to understand trends in the on trade audience and feedback Marketing
Collaborate with Marketing for the successful implementation of on-trade activities for the company brands
Responsible for the preparation storing and structured maintenance of updated customer files in physical & electronic form
Ensure that proper usage of tools & equipment is implemented
Responsible for the evaluation of the financial & targeted trade/consumer objectives of the promotional activities in his customers' outlets
Through the On trade Data Base usage ensure proper time allocation among various customers/areas
Agree Monthly plan with Line Manager

Continuously analyse other companies' practices in order to maximize development of best in class.
Make suggestions on the improvement of the work processes to maximise the efficiency & effectiveness of the Department


CERINTE

At least 2-3 years experience in sales in alcoholic drinks company/cigarette company
At least 1 year experience in the on-trade channel
PC Knowledge - Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
Driving licence
