Together with your international team, you will assure the optimization of the revenue orientated business processes in the plants. Your daily work includes the responsibility for business controlling, financing, book keeping, cost accounting, and auditors. Moreover, you will be involved in the active coaching of the plant organizations towards set goals and support their improvement. The IT sector (network and SAP), taxes, law, and insurances will also belong to your responsibilities. Furthermore you will be responsible for global procurement including supply chain to the plants. Permanent maintaining and improving of the accuracy of the unified product calculation is understood.
You have a proven ability to build relationship networks with key decision makers. A business administration University degree with focus on finance controlling is required. Furthermore you should have at least 3 years experience in a comparable function in a medium sized company - ideally with market knowledge. Readiness to travel and excellent business English are a must, any additional language will be an advantage. We expect a dynamic, self-motivated managing personality with strong inter-personal and excellent presentations skills. You have a view of the essential and always keep track. Hands-on mentality is in full line with your intellectual power.
