• Responsible to lead Value Management Projects, Product Cost Optimisation Projects on EMEA base;
• Identify cost saving projects in a team and generate projects out of the Ideas;
• Coaches and supports project teams in cost down projects and change management;
• Reporting and tracking of multiple PCO projects within EMEA;
• Disciplinary leadership of the PCO Team in Arad.
• Technical University degree;
• Experience in automotive industry – minimum 5 years (quality, production or process, Change Management);
• Project management knowledge, value analysis and value engineering knowledges aswell;
• Experience in relocation projects, product and cost optimisations;
• Basic knowledge of ISO TS16949, QS9000;
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite and data analysis;
• Fluent in english (german or russian language represents an advantage);
• Good communication skills, creativity and business orientated mindsets;
• Good coordination and planning skills;
• Ability to work in multicultural teams and provided management experience in a team;
• Willingness to travel.
