About the job:
Coordinates and plans the design process for the Engineering Center Arad;
Solves design specific problems and ensures support for new projects;
Offers support for new employees, planes and follows up the training program;
Coordinates the design together with the Design Team and the Tool Engineer (internal /external supplier) to ensure on time start of product production;
Coordinates and assists in the elaboration of D-FMEA, DRBFM;
Coordinates and monitors the design resources together with the Design Seatbelt Team Leader;
Offers support for project budget calculation;
Seeks continuous improvement for ensuring all support required in the product development;
Elaborates standards and collective procedures for the Design Team together with product managers from Aschaffenburg, Ulm and Berlin;
Keep close communication with design groups in Germany and Japan.
Technical University degree;
Work experience in CATIA V5 and/or NX;
Experience in design team leading - 3 years minimum;
Advanced English language knowledge (German language knowledge is an advantage);
Communicative person with organizational, coordination and planning skills;
Result and team work oriented person.
