RESPONSABILITATI

-Supervises the activities of Harness Design, Board Design and Components Design 3D departments.
-Able to anticipate and solve problems by helping the Team Leaders Engineers to find and implement solutions in achieving targets.
-Able to work in same time with different teams and projects.
-Awareness of and compliance with all the quality standars and guidelines, SGU Manual and Management Manual.
-Assesing objectively the processes and work flows of his departments.
-Develop and motivate team to ensure proper Key Performance Indicators are set, monitored and achieved
-Continuously updating development of the business
-Site specific adjustment and accomplishment of emergency action plans
-Plan of resources and budgets/Supervising data and costs
-Reporting


CERINTE

-Experience in leading of departments
-Technical University degree(electrical or mechanical field)
-Fluent in English; German is an advantage
-PC knowledge: MS Office, CAD Software
-Electrical and mechanical engineering knowledge
-Excellent communications skills

The first Leoni unit in Romania is in Arad since 1999 employing 2,150 people supplying to Rover Group, Ford Premier Automotive Group, Aston Martin, Mc Laren, DAF.
In 2002 has started in Bistrita the building of the second Leoni unit in Romania, producing wiring systems for Daimler Chrysler and BMW.
