RESPONSABILITATI

 Processing and tracking of internal and external quality concerns;
 Keeping customer relationship regarding product quality;
 Elaborating and controlling internal documents and customer requested documents related to products and processes quality;
 Handling and analyzing rejected parts, complaint costs and warranty costs;
 Results documentation in 8D reports, 5 why or in the customer system format;
 Permanent team work with all specialists to solve any problem related to product quality.


CERINTE

 Technical university degree;
 Experience in customer relations in automotive industry – minimum 1 year;
 QS 9000/ISO, TS 16949, FMEA, SPC knowledge;
 PC operating skills – MS Office;
 Fluent in English (German is an advantage);
 Outstanding communication skills;
 Experience as internal auditor ISO 9001 or ISO TS 16949 is an advantage;
 Team working spirit;
 Residence in Arad County.
