Processing and tracking of internal and external quality concerns;
    Keeping customer relationship regarding product quality;
    Elaborating and controlling internal documents and customer requested documents related to products and processes quality;
    Handling and analyzing rejected parts, complaint costs and warranty costs;
    Results documentation in 8D reports, 5 why or in the customer system format;
    Permanent team work with all specialists to solve any problem related to product quality.
Technical university degree;
    Experience in customer relations in automotive industry – minimum 1 year;
    QS 9000/ISO, TS 16949, FMEA, SPC knowledge;
    PC operating skills –  MS Office;
    Fluent in German;
    Outstanding communication skills;
    Team working spirit;
