Steering of customer project and successful launch into serial production;
Leading an interdisciplinary project team within a matrix organization;
Definition and control of project plans in regard of timing, cost, risks and resources;
Documentation of projects according customer requirements and Takata PMS;
Project milestone reporting to OEM and Project Steering Meeting;
Motivation and development of the project team;
Handling mass production changes requested by OEM.
Technical university degree;
Experience in project management and / or minimum 5 years in automotive industry with disciplinary responsibility;
Excellent technical and analytical skills;
Fluent in English. German language represents an advantage;
Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills;
Available for business travels to customer, Takata plants and suppliers;
Assertive, creative, open-minded, team work spirit.
