- Coordinate the design/process change projects and project teams when the projects are 3 months after SOP;
- Investigate, initiate, plan and monitor the changes in serial production;
- Budget and plan the change projects (cost, resources and timing);
- Fill-in and maintain the project documentation;
- Report on a monthly base the projects performance.
- Technical University degree;
- Experience in automotive industry – minimum 2 years (quality, production or process);
- Project management knowledge, design methods and procedures, technical drawing aswell;
- Experience in relocation projects, product and cost optimisations, value analysis and value engineering knowledges represents an advantage;
- Basic knowledge of ISO TS16949, QS9000;
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite;
- Fluent in english (german language represents an advantage);
- Self-starter, good analytical skills and business orientated mindsets;
- Good communication skills, creativity, good coordination and planning skills;
- Willingness to travel.
