- Technical High School / University- preferred Metal / Metallurgic
- AND School of Economics (High School).
- Min 5 years experience leading a production team ensuring an efficient and effective management of production activities and budget ensuring compliance to agreed plans for operations / production.
- Familiar with applicable HSE guideline for plant and Personnel.
- Strong analytical skills with a high orientation towards detail.
- People management skills to improve the performance of work.
- Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions in a analytical way of working.
- Familiar with modern management systems to improve standards.
- Good working knowledge of Windows, MS Office, SAP.
- Very good communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
- Proactive and problem solving attitude under stress condition.
