-Organise, lead and control the production activity for the assigned area, being responsible for achievements concerning quality, quantity, dead-lines, expenses;
-Directs and coordinates activities of personnel engaged in the areas of manufacturing department: rolling, forming, brazing, bending, assembly and Quality assurance to obtain production goals consistent with cost, quality and delivery requirements;
-Makes sure that production process is following the parameters specified by the Industrial and Quality engineers;
-Organise the activity of the subordinate Shift Leaders, Setters and Operators.
-Engineering Degree;
-Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position;
-Proven leadership skills;
-Very good interpersonal and communication skills;
-Analytical thinking, results oriented, organised, team-worker, flexible;
-Very good PC operating skills (Word, Excel, SAP)
-Fluency in English, German is a plus.
