RESPONSABILITATI

Awareness of and compliance with all quality standards and guidelines
Establish the type of equipment needed based on customer or project requirements and specifications
Establish the process flow
Elaborate standards for organizing the work stations
Tracking of the equipment order
Offers technical support for the installation and release of new equipment
Performs process capability and capacity calculations
Establish the maintenance plan and spare parts list for the equipment
Planning and coordination of training and training material to the production department and maintenance and service department
Maintain product quality by continuous improvement of the machine processes


CERINTE

Technical University degree (mechanics, automatics, mechatronics, electronics)
Knowledge of electronic engineering, digital processing, industrial robotics and automation represents an advantage
Knowledge of pneumatic, electro mechanical and hydraulic controls represents an advantage
Advanced practical abilities
Fault finding ability and eliminate the cause of defects
Fluent in English; German is an advantage
PC Knowledge: MS Office it’s a must, AutoCAD and/or PLC programming is an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and organizational skills
Flexibility and mobility
Time management

In 2002 has started in Bistrita the building of the second Leoni unit in Romania, producing wiring systems for Daimler Chrysler and BMW.
