RESPONSABILITATI

- Develops & installs productivity measurement & control systems in order to improve utilisation of plant, labour & materials
- Provides IE support to facilitate the implementation of all new drawings,deviations into the company at relevant sites
- Compiles process instructions, methods of manufacture & work instructions for the development of labour planning, line balancing,capacity planning
- Continuous improvement to increase the effectiveness & efficiency of employee
- Provides the best possible ergonomic workstation & methods design
- Ensures all regulations are observed
- Develops company process standards for use in quoting & factory control


CERINTE

- Arad residence
- Able to demonstrate flexibility and successful implementation of change in a production environment
- Able to work on own initiative and self motivated
- Technical degree
- Fluent in English, written and verbal; German is an advantage
- Good computer skills
- Previous experience in a production environment is an advantage

In 2002 has started in Bistrita the building of the second Leoni unit in Romania, producing wiring systems for Daimler Chrysler and BMW.
