RESPONSABILITATI

- Coordonarea si evaluarea personalului din subordine –WO officers (inginer si tenicieni proces)
- Participa activ si ofera solutii pentru a preveni aparitia problemelor la client
- Rezolvarea problemelor zilnice aparute in zonele de productie
- Mentinerea disciplinei
- Aproba deviatiile si schimbarile necesare in procesul de productie
- Implementeaza noi tehnici de lucru si participa la instalarea statiilor de lucru
- Creeaza, optimizeaza si accepta/aproba configuratia statiilor de lucru
- Instruieste personalul din sfera de influenta
- Sustine segmentele in implementarea schimbarilor si a produselor noi in ariile de productie
- Realizarea calculelor si a studiilor de timp si de capacitate
Responsabilitatea de a realiza FMEA de produs si de a participa activ la intocmirea Control plan


CERINTE

- Studii superioare: Facultate Inginerie
- Experienta de lucru intr-o pozitie similara, in industria automotive
- Disponibilitate la program flexibil
- Spirit de echipă
- Abilităţi excelente de comunicare, organizare si coordonare
- Cunostinţe de limba engleză nivel avansat; limba germana prezinta avantaj
- Cunostinţe avansate MS Office

The first Leoni unit in Romania is in Arad since 1999 employing 2,150 people supplying to Rover Group, Ford Premier Automotive Group, Aston Martin, Mc Laren, DAF.
In 2002 has started in Bistrita the building of the second Leoni unit in Romania, producing wiring systems for Daimler Chrysler and BMW.
