RESPONSABILITATI

- Creation of LTPM implementation plan & continuous follow – up
- Creation of LTPM Training materials/refreshes & questionnaires – induction, directs & technicians
- Performing of trainings/refreshes for new/old operators & technicians
- Set up of work procedures – LTPM methods
- Performing of workshops with interdisciplinary teams
- Generate ideas for improvement of workplaces
- Monitor adherence to defined methods in Production
- Reporting& analyze of relevant indicators, proposing of improvement actions
- Audit of LTPM Implementation
- Preparation of information required for budgeting of equipment & manning
- Together with Process Engineer develop the initial set-up method of new equipments
- Participation on Production meetings, feed-back from/to Production to/from TS
- Initiate interdisciplinary meetings with Production, TS, Quality, Logistic on OEE/Efficiency topic

In 2002 has started in Bistrita the building of the second Leoni unit in Romania, producing wiring systems for Daimler Chrysler and BMW.
