-Direct coordination of team efforts for achieving transport services delivering according to client’s needs and demands
-Clear communication of all factual transport information
-Responsible for transport activity - transport specific papers, introducing transport orders into a software system, etc
-Coordinate the process of improvement and maintenance of the operational relationship with the client
- Business related studies [Transport&Logistics domain]
- Solid experience in Transport domain
- Experience in a Customer Services role
- Very good PC skills: Microsoft Office, specific Transport software
- English and German - advanced level [any other language is a plus]
- Organized person, problem solver, good planning skills
- Excellent communication and negociation skills: both client and drivers
- Good capability to analyze situations and decide on the spot
- Focused team coordinator
