RESPONSABILITATI

On behalf of our client, a multinational market research company, we are searching for a General Manager.

Among the main responsibilities the future employee will have to:

- Overall control of daily Operations within the Business Unit, responsible of the P&L and budget of the Business Unit;
- Forecast the workload and assists the team leaders in planning and assigning of the projects, according to the established strategy of development;
- Design and analyze the necessary headcount in accordance to the workload and productivity goals ??? run productivity analysis to see the margin of improvements;
- Plan and realize the development proposals in terms of projects, applications, technologies and costs;
- Manage and solve the problems that may appear in the activity;
- Proactively identify business issues, opportunities and information needs, designing and conducting appropriate complex market research in response to the issues and needs identified and develops the recommendations and conclusions;
- Closely collaborate with other business units across the Group and ensures transmission and implementation of best practices;
- Coordinate the people in order to obtain a challenging environment and encourages the talent developmen

and will be:

- Responsible for the completion of the projects, meeting the deadline expectations while maintaining the highest quality standards, improving the delivery processes, the productivity and ensuring good coordination with the other departments/ Offices;


CERINTE

The ideal candidate should have:

- At least 3-4 years experience in Market Research field, on a management position;
- Solid financial analysis/budget managing methodology skills;
- Demonstrated ability to manage the team and fulfill the objectives;
- Knowledge of market research techniques (study design and analysis);
- Academic and practical experience with a wide array of new product, brand, advertising and customer satisfaction research methodologies;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Solid interpersonal skills. Hands-on approach;
- International experience preferred.
