Our client, is an important supplier for automotive industry having clients on two continents.
The responsabilities include but are not limited to:
- planning, organizing, and managing the activity of the plant;
- organizing and verifying the production activity in order to achieve the quality standards(TS16949)of the products and the delivering terms;
- recruitment, selecting, motivating the personnel;
- implementing the group development strategy within the plant;
- establish good partnerships with clients and suppliers;
- university degree in technical/economical field;
- relevant experience (at least 3 years)in a top management position in a production company;
- experience in establishing and managing the budget;
- experience in automotive industry is an advantage;
- good command of English;
- excellent managerial skills.
