Responsible for planning, follow-up and development of the sales actions and activities to existing and prospective customers in the designated area of responsibility: Romania, Hungary and possibly Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia, Bulgaria.
Responsible for the achievement of sales goals and assuring market penetration for all Company Product Divisions/Markets (Automotive Aftermarket).
Responsible for positioning Company correctly for the short- and long term success in the designated sales territory
Responsible for all aspects of jobbers and distributor follow-up and for all administrative related activities.
Builds specific market opportunities and penetration knowledge through business contacts.
Responsible for maintaining good commercial relations with company' customers/prospects and providing them all commercial and technical information to help them achieve sales budgets.
Translates strategies into market specific actions to support the Company brand and market shares.
Works with customers on management, purchasing and technical level to discuss problem areas or business opportunities.
Travel = 80% of the time; frequent travel to visit customers and organise joint visits to the end users.
Good reporting skills and knowledge of PC basic programs required.
Attends commercial and technical meetings as required.
Candidates with industry knowledge will get preference.
Requires technical or commercial degree with 2-3 years experience in the same type of function.
Must be a native Romanian speaker and fluent in Hungarian and English, other language skills is a plus.
