The Contact Center is in charge with:
- General information requests (FAQ lists);
- Tools support (e.g. OurTalent DIALOGUE, Recruitment, etc) ;
- Incoming calls management;
- Mails & WQM tickets management;
- Data entry on specific processes.
Contact Center Officers will:
- Be able to offer a wide range of answers on all current streams: Administration, Recruitment, Comp & Ben etc.;
- Become specialists in communication (verbal & written communication skills improvement);
- Be flexible and inter-changeable at any time (aim: all Generalists to have the same knowledge);
- Do input on specific process – personal data changes, professional data changes, time and management, benefits, Recruitment.
- Bachelor degree;
- Fluency in English and French OR German
- Good client handling skills;
- Good communication skills, both written and oral;
- Excellent problem solving and analysis skills;
- Self motivated, positive attitude and approach;
- Professional approach and comfortable dealing with clients.
