- realizeaza selectia candidatilor;
- realizeaza instruirea angajatilor
- mentinerea bazei de date a candidatilor;
- asista la implementarea politicilor de resurse umane;
- aduce o contributie semnificativa la motivarea, performantele si dezvoltarea angajatilor;
- recomanda, dezvolta si implementeaza masuri de imbunatatire continua a procedurilor, politicilor, activitatilor si rapoartelor cu privire la angajati;
- asigura informatii si statistici departamentelor interne si organismelor din exterior;
- asigura acuratetea informatiilor, inclusiv a sistemului de date pe suport informatic.
