Job Description:
► The Subject Matter Expert position will support corporate initiatives by gathering, analyzing requirements and recommending best practices, and delivering end products that meet business objectives on time and on budget. As a key member of the Solutions Delivery team, the associate will be a working with Information Technology and the Business Customer. Key activities are enhancements to current systems, system testing and analysis. SME’s will be required to understand, SAP Best Practices. These individuals will have experience in business analysis, including; how to assess business needs, gather business requirements and assemble deliverables. The individual will be required to write test scripts and have an understanding of functional testing with the ability to analyze the results and interpret the findings to the business as well as technical developers. This individual must work well in a team environment.
Duties:
► Leads the project from a functional perspective
► The SME will be responsible for guiding the business to best utilize SAP System
► Analyze current processes of the business and recommends best practices
► Evaluates business and functional requirements that require customizations or enhancements to existing applications, products and systems.
► Assists in developing System Test scripts and User Test Scripts
► Developing Blueprint documentation and workshops
► Assess and develop training needs and manuals
► Proactively communicate project status, issues and concerns to project managers.
► Develop Master data/Transactional data cleansing strategies
► Develop Data Migration strategies
Communication:
► Holds regular status meetings with project team and client.
► Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors.
► Resolves and/ or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
► Establishes good working relationships with PMO and project team
Technical Proficiencies:
► In-depth knowledge on SAP Knowledge Areas:
Plant Maintenance:
• Extensive experience designing and configuring the key integration points between the MM,QM, SRM Modules .
• Strong configuration skills in SAP ECC6, SRM.
• Hands on with SAP Solution Manager, business blueprint and configuration.
• Ability to build prototype for proof of concept.
• Strong familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies, including ASAP Comfortable in using SAP.
• Ability to multi-task within a dynamic workplace.
• Strong Foundation in Business analysis.
• Familiarity with ARIS and business process architecture.
► 6 years+ hands-on SAP project expertise: Configurations and business processes.
► Experience in data cleansing and data migration.
