Job Description:
A senior consultant for HCM and SAP professional with strong leadership and relationship-building skills and experienced across multiple SAP modules/functional areas. Covered during the Roles have covered a wide range of activity including designing and running workshops, requirement gathering, functional and technical specification, coordination with offshore and near shore development teams, project stream management, process design & modeling on different tools, configuration, testing, training, post go-live support and integration with Cloud Based solutions. 
Has the ability to operate and engage at senior stakeholder level.  Hard working, collaborative and service driven with a pragmatic and proactive approach to facilitate successful outcomes.
General skills:
►	Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information System or related fields of study. Master degree in Operations Management or Information Systems is preferred.
►	12 years+ experience on SAP HR full implementation cycles, tools and techniques, managing SAP HR projects in higher education sector is preferred.
►	Global Implementation  experience and full cycle implementation   of SAP HCM key modules (OM, PA , Time Management , Benefits , Payroll ,PBC,  ESS/MSS , HR processes and forms EIC )& Integration with other modules .
►	Understanding of HR business processes and  service automation opportunities. 
►	Provide leadership & support of Go-Live environment.
►	2 years + Experiences with SAP solution manager.
►	Excellent verbal and written communication stills (English).
►	Strong coaching and training capabilities.
Process modeling:
►	Working closely with BPM specialists   to align processes and system on ARIS platform. 
►	Accountable for process modeling of deliverables. 
Project Management:
►	Creates and executes SAP project work plans based on ASAP methodology and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements in all phases.
►	Provide guidance of  SAP project implementation methodologies (Blueprinting documentation ,  configurations , Realization , Interfaces with external systems ).
►	Ensure consistent deliverables across projects.
►	Reviews deliverables prepared by IT service delivery teams before passing to client.
►	Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
►	Accountable for SAP project management deliverables. 
►	Accountable for Risk Management planning.
►	Develop Master data/Transactional data cleansing strategies.
►	Develop Data Migration strategies.
Communication:
►	Excellent capabilities to conduct presentations to executive level audience  ( Power Point , ARIS ).
►	Delivers project updates.
►	Ability to highlight gaps and resolve inconsistences across other SAP implementations.
►	Coordinates closely with other project managers and the PMO.
►		
Technical Proficiencies:
►	Expert user of SAP  R3 Enterprise &  Net weaver  ( HR , HR  portal 6.0 , ESS, MSS , TM , Payroll , Travel system , EIC and Compensation & Benefits) .
►	Experienced in SAP HR Reporting  and  BI  tools ( BOBJ) .
►	Experienced in SAP  XI and Integration with  external systems .
►	Experiences in SAP HR mobile applications  (IPhone , IPad , Android
