• Experience of working in SAP ECC 6.0, EHP5 /EHP6 environment
• 6 – 8 years of experience as SAP HCM Consultant and should have worked on minimum 4-5 end to end implementation projects.
• Should have implemented / supported at least 2 or more modules from following: ESS/MSS (EHP5/EHP6 with ABAP Web Dynpro Business Packages), LSO, HCM Process and Forms, ECM, Performance Management, Benefits, EIC both in newer versions of SAP R3 and portal
• Ability to provide Solution design for custom requirements with the latest Business Package is a must
• Sound knowledge of Multi Country Versions of Standard ESS / MSS Services
• In depth understanding of SAP HR data processes and integration to other SAP Modules and exposure to BI/ BO reporting
• Exposure to Structural authorization is preferred
• Understand and able to review ABAP codes from functional perspective
