Job Summary
► Experience with upgrading from CRM 6.0 to 7.0 (preferred)
► Demonstrated teamwork, presentation, and communication skills
► Implement CRM components based on business requirements.
► Develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, and new implementations.
► Research and resolve technical issues.
► Independently drive issues resolution, develop business knowledge, and apply technical solutions.
► Develop and deliver CRM super-user training.
► Must have 5-7 years with SAP CRM (7.0 or 2007 experience preferred)
► Proficient using ABAP and Java including development of Web Dynpro applications.
► Must have worked on at least two complete CRM project implementations.
► CRM experience to include Account and Contact Management, Activity Management, Opportunity Management, Sales Performance, Mobile Sales, Lead Management, Campaign Management, and Warranty Management and e-Sales
► Experience with upgrading from CRM 6.0 to 7.0 (preferred)
► Functional, configuration, and implementation experience in SD
► CRM Project Leadership experience
► Conduct End user Trainings and Test Workshops as required.
► Experience working on large projects in multi-team environment
► Ability to excel in a team environment and consistently deliver on assigned application development tasks.
► Ability to work under stress, with interruptions, as well as with conflicting needs and tight deadlines

Required Education / Qualification
► Degree or Post Graduate Professional Degree.
► SAP Certified in CRM
► At least 6 years in SAP CRM
► At least 2 years in Service Industry Experience
