RESPONSABILITATI

The SAP HCM Master Data Business Analyst will monitor HCM data for successful process execution. Using a variety of tools to track and identify data issues to support business processes relying on a semi automated HR function. The SAP HCM Master Data Business Analyst is responsible for creating auditing processes, executing designed processes, establishing benchmarks, recommending process improvements, and supporting HCM shared services data maintenance groups.
Top Priorities:
• Ability to uncover and SAP OM and PA data integrity issues
• Strong knowledge of objects and infotypes in SAP OM, PA, Time, Payroll and Benefits
• Strong understanding of HCM and other modules integration especially with Business Partner
• Root cause analysis
• Experience with LSMW, or similar tools

Requirements
• At least four (4) years’ experience in SAP HCM module with infotypes, objects, and tables specific to Org Management, Personnel Administration, benefits, payroll, business partner / CRM
• Understanding of the relationships between HCM, Time and Payroll transactions and tables
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources processes staffing, position control, talent development, and expat management
• Expertise with data query/manipulation tools such as EpiUse, Microsoft Access, and LSMW
• Working knowledge of regulatory and statutory HCM related requirements especially I-9 processing
• Strong knowledge of core human resources processes
• Strong analytical skills
► Nice to Have:
► Working knowledge of the Public Sector and/or Higher Education Industry
► Experience with Solution Manager based projects
► Experience with ECC 6.0 Ehp5 / EHP6
► Knowledge in ESS/MSS in Net Weaver business environment
► Knowledge of Nakisa Talent visualization and org visualization
