Responsible for legal aspects relating to intellectual right, license, service, acquisition, employment, lease, consulting etc.;
Review law-related proposals and, working with internal stakeholders, prepare appropriate responses;
Prepare pertinent agreements in connection with asset acquisitions and asset management arrangements;
Provide advice on employee relations matters and prepare appropriate agreements;
Provide contract review and interpretation, with legal advise and recommendations to internal clients;
Identify the intellectual rights and register it to the concerned governmental offices to protect the company's assets and profits.


Bachelor degree from an accredited law school;
At least 10 years of related legal experience;
Attorney’s license;
Thorough knowledge of legal research and writing techniques;
Basic knowledge of contract, business, labor and real estate law;
Negotiation skills on legal issues;
Ability to work with and lead individuals of diverse background, personalities and opinions;
Ability to maintain confidentiality;
Working knowledge of MS Office.


Salary package overview :

Basic salary in USD;

- 65% of basic salary as allowances for Housing & Transportation; - Paid vacation with interim field leaves if re-contracted;

Two-way air ticket;
"Single" employment status and other benefits as per Saudi labor law.
